PMU-Baghmara (Project Monitoring Unit Baghmara) is a specialized field office of the National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL). Located in the South Garo Hills district of Meghalaya, this unit functions under the jurisdiction of NHIDCL’s Regional Office in Shillong. Its primary mandate is to oversee, execute, and monitor critical border and strategic road infrastructure projects in the region. 

• PMU-Baghmara has executed multi-package of Ranikor–Maheshkhola–Baghmara (RMB) Corridor Project. This strategic highway runs along the international border with Bangladesh under the Special Accelerated Road Development Programme.
